Copy to sdcard

Reboot to recovery

MUST wipe- data / Factory Reset, dalvik-cache

Format-Data, Cache, System, sdext

Optional: wipe battery status and reboot recovery (quick calibrate)

Flash the ROM and wait for the installation to finish
Flash Gapps cm9 and wait installation finish
